Newton C. Brill is a recognized expert in probate, trust, estate planning and business law matters.  He has served on the Probate Law Committee of the Missouri Bar, which helped draft probate legislation adopted by the Missouri General Assembly.

Brill was elected to the Board of Governors of the Missouri Bar and served on the Board for six years.  He is a member of the American College of Trust and Esate Counsel.  Brill holds an AV rating, the highest attainable, from Martindale-Hubbell, the nation's largest and most respected legal rating and reference organization.

In  2005, Brill was awarded the Purcell Professionalism Award by the Missouri Bar Foundation, in recognition of outstanding professional service.
